We pride ourselves on our status as a traditional butchery which uses age-old skills in order to produce the most modern cuts, to the exacting standards of the discerning buyers of today.

We are butchers of all indigenous breeds of cattle, ranging from the modern South Down to the White Park, one of Britain's oldest and rarest breeds. We also breed our own organic rare breed pigs.

We also produce (by hand) our white pudding and 'Farmhouse' sausages with salt and pepper in natural skins in accordance with the original 18th century recipe.
