Coombeshead started out life as a traditional stone and slate barn but has been the subject of an award winning transformation into a multi-purpose function room. It forms part of a large and gracious quadrangle of buildings and is the ideal venue for a special event whether it be a business meeting for 10 or a reception for 140. It is particularly popular with local businesses for their away days, training courses and marketing presentations. We also host children’s parties and Christmas parties. For larger events such as wedding receptions a marquee linked to the barn can be erected in the quadrangle. A special annual fixture is the Coombeshead Charity Fair in mid-October.
