We've added this section recently, and will be working hard on adding more information on festivals around the Tamar Valley soon. We already have details of some wonderful festivals that are well worth a visit here:

Saltash Regatta and Waterside Festival 2017

Saltash Regatta and Waterside Festival on 17th and 18th June 2017 is one of the most colourful events held in Cornwall and certainly for South East Cornwall is the most popular annual Regatta.

Gig racing, hosted by Saltash based Caradon Pilot Gig Club, is run to the highest standard with rowing on the Saturday, with a Flash Boat Regatta ran by Saltash Rowing Club on the Sunday.

Also on the river you'll find sailing, canoeing, swimming and following on after the success of its inaugural year, this year sees the return of the cardboard boat race on Sunday afternoon!

Siblyback Lake Country Park Windsurfing at Siblyback Lake

Cotehele (National Trust) The front of Cotehele House, Cornwall

Cotehele is a National Trust-owned Tudor house with extensive garden, orchards, estate, quay and working water mill. The garden and estate walks are open daily throughout the year. The house is open daily from April to the beginning of November. The mill is open every day from mid March to the end of October.

Cotehele boat trips Nancy Belle on the River Tamar at Cotehele
